Project Description

We envision an air conditioned modern hostel facility strategically located in Kochi to provide easy access to business districts, educational institutions, and recreational areas.

The hostel will offer a range of private and shared room options, all designed with high-end finishes and contemporary furnishings to provide a luxurious home away home feel.

One unit includes 14,000 sq.ft building in 13.25 cents of land at prime locations in and around Kakkanad, Kochi which will be completed within a span of 18 months.

Land registration and other paper works will be completed within 3 months. Construction will be started after that and spans 18 months.
